I offer thoughtful, individualized therapy designed to support you through life’s challenges with warmth, respect, and clinical expertise. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or seeking greater clarity and balance, my goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space where meaningful growth can unfold at your pace.
While I do not work directly with insurance providers, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. The fee for an initial consultation is $350, and each ongoing session is $250. I understand that seeking therapy is a significant step, and I am here to support you in finding the path that feels right for you.
